Job Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen items using an industrial dishwasher
• Keep kitchen and work areas clean and sanitized
• Unload dishes, glassware, and utensils from dishwasher and store them properly
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
