Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping customers and driving results? We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to support outbound sales campaigns for top-tier commercial clients across both consumer and business programs.

In this role, you’ll connect with prospects and existing customers via outbound calls, providing product information, upselling services, and strengthening client relationships. This is your chance to represent some of the world’s most recognized brands across exciting, fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored product recommendations
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer value
  • Resolve inquiries using internal systems and team collaboration
  • Document customer interactions and claims accurately
  • Follow scripts, policies, and compliance procedures
  • Handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams
  • Stay informed on program updates through training and team meetings
  • Meet attendance and scheduling expectations consistently

Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles (especially in a contact center)
  • Experience in state or federal work environments
