Primary Care Physcian

Position Title: Primary Care Physician (Bilingual – Spanish)

Location: Los Lunas, NM

Shift: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (2-year commitment)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Primary Care Physician to join a mission-driven clinic in Los Lunas. This is a full-time, outpatient role with no weekend or holiday coverage, treating adult patients in a low-barrier care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-spectrum adult primary care
• Lead the care team in coordination and patient-centered care delivery
• Oversee chronic condition management and preventive care
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative support team

Qualifications:

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Licensed or eligible in the state of New Mexico
• Spanish fluency required
• Experience in community health or underserved care preferred

Clinic Snapshot:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Primary Care (adults only)
• EMR: Elation
• Patient Population: Medicaid, uninsured, and underserved
