Position Overview
As a PureHeart Caregiver, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care within a client’s home environment. This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer meaningful connection over fast-paced facility settings and who value consistency in their schedules.
Client transportation is not required for this position.
Primary Responsibilities
%CF; Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
%CF; Provide companionship and emotional support
%CF; Prepare meals according to dietary needs
%CF; Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care
%CF; Provide medication reminders
%CF; Support mobility, fall prevention, and safe transfers
%CF; Maintain accurate communication with management regarding care updates
%CF; Uphold client dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking caregivers who demonstrate both competence and character. Preferred:
%CF; CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
%CF; Minimum 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience
%CF; Experience providing care in a home setting
Required:
%CF; Reliable transportation to assigned shifts
%CF; Ability to pass a background check
%CF; Strong verbal communication skills
%CF; Professional references
%CF; Consistent punctuality and dependability
Compensation & Schedule
%CF; $22–$27 per hour, based on experience and credentials
%CF; Part-time and full-time opportunities available
%CF; 25+ hour cases offered when available
%CF; Consistent scheduling whenever possible
