We are hiring a Commercial Construction Worker to support commercial projects across various Walker Property Services sites. This full-time role requires expertise in tile installation, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and commercial door installation.

Compensation:

$17 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the team and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain and use basic hand tools effectively.
• Carpentry, acoustical ceiling installation
• Handle tile installation, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
• Complete EIFS repairs, bathroom partition installations, and painting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Ability to travel between project sites.
• Must own basic tools and have reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in commercial sliding door installation and masonry work.
• Must have a smartphone for communication and job tracking.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
