Summary:

As a Stock Clerk, responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting a smooth flow of products within the organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our operational success.

Schedule:7am- 3:30pm

JOB DUTIES - Include but are not limited to the following:

  • Unpack and organize incoming items, specifying the types of items handled.
  • Keep track of inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and update records promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movement, addressing discrepancies.
  • Utilize forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment for efficient stock movement.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, report security issues, and practice 6S principles.
  • Communicate promptly with internal teams, providing inventory levels and materials, resolving inquiries, and addressing related issues.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using specific inventory management software and basic computer skills.

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Safety management mindset
  • Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, ability to handle small parts and components.
  • Reliable attendance, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established guidelines.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

You should be proficient in:

  • Inventory Management & Control
  • High School / GED
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
