Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing, high-energy Relationship Manager to join our local team. In this role, your primary mission is to be a community connector. Instead of transactional sales, you will focus on building deep, long-term relationships and establishing Centers of Influence (COIs) within the local market.
You will spend your days visiting local car dealerships, apartment complexes, and businesses, not just to introduce our services, but to position yourself as a trusted partner and see how we can genuinely help them and their clientele. If you are naturally positive, charismatic, and love turning handshakes into strategic partnerships, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Cultivate Centers of Influence: Identify and build strong, ongoing relationships with key decision-makers (such as dealership general managers and property managers) to develop them into active referral partners.
Local Relationship Building: Conduct face-to-face outreach at local businesses, using a helpful, consultative approach to understand their needs and add value.
Network Expansion: Consistently nurture your network of local partners to ensure our brand remains top-of-mind when referral opportunities arise.
Brand Advocacy: Act as the trusted face of our company, delivering a positive, professional impression during every community interaction.
Strategic Follow-Up: Maintain consistent touchpoints with your established COIs to keep the partnerships active, collaborative, and mutually beneficial.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Relationship-Driven: A natural "people person" who values trust, rapport, and long-term connection over quick, transactional wins.
The Right Attitude: Naturally positive, empathetic, resilient, and deeply customer-service oriented.
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Excellent communication skills with the ability to read a room, connect with diverse personalities, and confidently approach busy professionals.
Local Knowledge: Must live in the local area and be comfortable navigating regional territory daily.
Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle to travel between community locations.
Experience in account management, hospitality, high-end retail, or community relations is a major plus, but your attitude and ability to build trust matter most.
