Job Description

About This Role

Are you passionate about supporting high-quality early learning for children from birth to three? Join the Center for Early Success as a Virginia Infant & Toddler Specialist, where you’ll work alongside early childhood educators, directors, and community partners to strengthen the quality of infant and toddler care and promote children’s early learning, development, and well-being.

This position provides individualized coaching, training, technical assistance, and consultation to early childhood programs participating in Virginia’s Quality Birth to Five (VQB5) initiative. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of infant and toddler development, a passion for supporting early childhood professionals, and the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with educators, families, directors, and community partners. The ideal candidate is also comfortable using data to identify needs, providing practical support and feedback, and working independently across a diverse regional service area.
