Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Oversee clinical operations across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

• Clinical Staff Management: Manage and support a team of clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.

• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and improve patient satisfaction.

• Staff Education: Provide education and training to clinical staff on new policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including medical staff, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

• Education: 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a current GA RN license.

• Additional Requirements: Oversee a few facilities clinically, part remote, some travel required.
