Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Packager I position in Rockford, IL. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Package finished products according to company specifications.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Label, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate counts and packaging records.
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
