Program Evaluator (Career MAP)

Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Program Evaluator on behalf of its client, the District of Columbia Government, in support of the Department of Human Services (DHS) Career MAP program. This is a full time, onsite position in Washington, DC, working 8 hours per day for an anticipated 249 working days.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. The Program Evaluator shall assist the Program Manager in evaluating projects and also shall be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects; oversee aspects of projects as assigned; set deadlines and assign responsibilities; and monitor and summarize progress to be delivered to senior management in the form of status reports.
2. The Program Evaluator shall support project staff by facilitating logistics meetings, developing strategies and quality assurance processes for project specifications, and communicating with key staff to foster project progression and adherence to strict government policies and regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of program evaluation, project coordination, quality assurance processes, and status reporting
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

Compensation
$18.40 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Residency Preference
District of Columbia residents will receive special preference points in the selection process.
