At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a key member of our team, our In-Person BCBA will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA services to our clients.

About the Role:

As an In-Person BCBA with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for providing in-home ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-home ABA therapy services to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and strategies

  • Conduct behavioral assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals for each client

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating family-centered care and consultation with team members

  • Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and industry developments

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field (BCBA certification required)

  • North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification

  • Experience working with children with ASD, preferably in-home ABA therapy setting
