What You’ll Do
Coordinate and oversee all MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI guidelines
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and department heads to ensure accurate, timely documentation
Prepare and analyze Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) data for performance improvement
Ensure compliance with all RAI and MDS procedures and submission deadlines

Qualifications
Current RN license (Georgia)
Prior MDS/RAI experience in long-term care preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of CMS guidelines and care planning
long term care experience
