Job Title: Community Landscape Manager

Work Environment Outdoor setting, 1,200 homes currently

Reporting Structure Reports to the HOA Manager

Pay Range $80,000 base salary

Annual Bonus 5% of base salary

Health Benefits Outstanding Health Insurance (PPO)

Location Gainesville, FL

Employment Full-time (projected start date: October 15, 2026)


Job Duties


1. Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf, landscape design, and irrigation
2. Must possess high standards of performance from team members daily
3. Ability to manage a landscape team of 25 ppl.
4. Strong communication skills
5. Customer service skills with residents and team
6. Strong health to withstand a Florida outdoor environment
7. Outstanding work ethic, cleanliness, and organizational skills
8. Proficient in a variety of mowing equipment, edgers, blowers, chemical applications, etc.
