Personal Lines Producer / Sales - P&C Tampa

Family-owned Independent Insurance Agency in North Tampa seeks a 2-20 or 20-44 licensed Personal Insurance Producer to support the growth of the agency's personal lines book. This established agency offers strong market relationships and dedicated support staff to handle all servicing, processing, cancellations, and payments—you focus on sales.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with mortgage brokers, realtors, and other referral sources
• Generate steady lead flow through networking and relationship development
• Respond to mailers and inbound leads
• Quote, close, and grow the personal lines book
• Work from the office

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Proven track record of building referral relationships and closing business
• Go-getter mentality with strong prospecting skills
• Solid knowledge of personal lines coverages
• Comfortable working from the office
• Active 2-20 or 20-44 Florida license
