Location: Tuscola, Illinois
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, and Weekend Availability

Job Summary
We are hiring Dietary Aides in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Tuscola. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a stable position in healthcare, supporting residents through meal service and nutrition in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities (Dietary Aide Duties)

  • Assist with meal preparation and food service in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting

  • Serve meals to residents in dining areas and rooms

  • Follow dietary guidelines and special meal plans as directed

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and infection control procedures

  • Support residents with meal setup and basic dining assistance as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, dietary, or healthcare setting preferred

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe a plus)

  • Ability to work every other weekend

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
