About This Role
Join our vibrant team at LeafSpring School at Virginia Beach, a NAEYC Accredited and Virginia Licensed Nursery and Preschool.
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill two full-time positions: Infant Room Lead (6 weeks - 18 months old) and Toddler Room Lead (2 years old).
We're looking for team members who can commit to shifts from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Our team operates with a small staff-to-child ratio, and we're excited to welcome applicants who enjoy working with kids or are looking to gain experience in an accredited program.

What You'll Do
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to develop strong relationships with our young students, providing a nurturing environment that fosters their emotional and social growth.
You'll be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to each child's unique needs and abilities.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Furthermore, you'll need to be committed to upholding our school's policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Early Childhood Education Certificate or related degree
- Must be at least 18 years old and have at least 2 years child care experience and a passion of working with children
Nice To Haves
While not required, an Early Childhood Education Certificate can be a valuable asset for this role.
