Electro-Mechanical Service Mechanic (Hydraulics, Controls & Facilities)

Where: Flower Mound, TX

When: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Extras: Overtime on occasional Saturdays

Pay: $30–$35/hour DOE

What you’ll do
  • Perform preventive maintenance on plant machinery, tools, and facility systems to maximize uptime.
  • Assist in repairing woodworking machines, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts using OEM manuals and diagrams.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control issues and implement effective repairs.
  • Order and track parts and supplies needed for maintenance and repairs.
  • Complete scheduled PMs and maintain accurate service and repair records.
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines without exception.
  • Keep the maintenance shop and work areas orderly and clean.
  • Engage in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Adhere to hazardous waste and hazardous material procedures when working in the Treating Department.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and support additional tasks as assigned.
What you bring
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years in industrial maintenance or machine repair.
  • Working knowledge of plant equipment and facility systems.
  • Ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
  • OSHA-aware approach to safe equipment operation.
  • Experience with hazardous materials is beneficial.
  • Age 18+.
