Overview

We are looking for a driven, competitive, and hardworking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Medicare insurance sales team.

This is a high-activity, phone-based sales position. You will be working with warm leads from people who have already expressed interest in Medicare-related information. Your job is to connect with those prospects, ask a few qualification questions, understand their needs, and move them to the next step. That means either completing a live transfer to one of our licensed Account Executives or setting a qualified appointment for the AE to speak with them. This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on the phone, can handle a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in putting in the work every day.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25/hour base pay
  • Commission on production
  • $85,000+ OTE

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from warm Medicare leads
  • Make consistent outbound calls to warm leads
  • Quickly establish rapport and communicate professionally
  • Ask qualification questions to understand the prospect's situation
  • Identify opportunities and determine the appropriate next step
  • Complete live transfers to licensed Account Executives when appropriate
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives
  • Accurately document conversations and appointment information
  • Follow established sales processes and daily activity expectations
  • Consistently follow up with prospects when necessary
  • Work closely with SDR and AE teams to maximize every lead opportunity
