What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Bluewater Surfaces, ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assisting clients in exploring our extensive selection of unique materials and guiding them through the design process.
- Collaborating with the sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Staying informed about our products and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
