Group 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza, is expanding our team and looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join us.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
• Previous automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• Must be available to work Saturday's
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $60'000-$100'000 /a year based on performance.
