Marketing and Sales Producer

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our newest marketing/salesrepresentative you will market prosepcts while getting your insurance license. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.We market enough for you to present 8 times per day.That does not happen in any other agency!

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Generate and develop insurancequotes,
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Provideexceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
