We are seeking a Field Service Technician with a strong electrical/electronics background to support the testing, assembly, deployment, installation, and maintenance of advanced security technology solutions.
When traveling, you will work directly at customer and project sites providing installation, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support. When working from the Willowbrook facility, you will help test and validate finished products and systems prior to shipment to customers, ensuring they meet quality and performance requirements.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys working with electrical and electronic components, troubleshooting complex systems, and interacting with customers. A mechanical background is helpful, but the primary focus is electrical/electronic systems rather than machinery or mechanical equipment.

- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project completion
- Travel approximately 25–35% to customer and project sites
Qualifications
Required:
- Hands-on experience with electrical and/or electronic systems and components
- Experience troubleshooting electrical/electronic issues
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, schematics, or design drawings
- Comfortable using hand tools and electrical test equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Preferred:
- Field service or installation experience
- Experience with low-voltage electrical systems, security systems, CCTV, or similar technologies
- Experience testing finished electrical/electronic products
- Industrial or manufacturing environment experience
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Why Join?
This role offers a mix of hands-on electrical/electronics testing, field service, troubleshooting, and customer interaction. You’ll work with innovative security technology, gain exposure to complex systems, and have opportunities to expand your technical skills in a collaborative environment.
