Position Overview








As a Service Advisor, you are the connection between our guests and our automotive team. Your job is more than selling repairsyou are building trust, educating guests, and helping them make confident decisions about their vehicles.








You will work closely with our technicians to understand each vehicle's needs, clearly communicate those needs to our guests, and provide an exceptional experience from drop-off to pick-up. We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven, great with people, and comfortable with sales while always putting honesty and integrity first.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities








Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and respect. Build trust, listen to their concerns, and make sure they feel valued from drop-off to pick-up.








Present & Sell Repairs: Clearly explain inspection results, repair needs, and maintenance recommendations. Help guests make informed decisions while maintaining honesty, transparency, and integrity.








Manage the Repair Process: Work closely with technicians and the Service Manager to keep vehicles moving efficiently, provide accurate updates, and ensure promised completion times are met.








Build Accurate Estimates: Prepare repair estimates, source parts when needed, and ensure pricing and profit margins meet company standards.








Communication & Follow-Up: Keep guests informed throughout the repair process, obtain approvals, document conversations, and make sure there are no surprises when the vehicle is completed.








Protect the Guest Experience: Take ownership of every repair order and help ensure the quality of our communication, service, and repairs consistently exceeds guest expectations.


Requirements

Qualifications




Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive customer service, service advising/writing, or a similar automotive repair environment.




Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and repairs with the ability to explain recommendations clearly to guests.




Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and sell automotive services while maintaining honesty and integrity.




Experience with Tekmetric and AutoFlow (AutoText) is a major plus, but not required.




Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple repair orders and guests at the same time in a fast-paced environment.




Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
