Serving Edmonds, Woodway, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, Alderwood, Bothell, Picnic Point, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Mukilteo & Everett

At Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds, we're seeking experienced caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs who are passionate about helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.
Unlike facility-based care, our caregivers have the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one support while developing lasting relationships with clients and their families. What You'll Do• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community activities
• Observe and report changes in client health and well-being
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:- Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Assisted Living Communities
- Memory Care Facilities
- Rehabilitation Centers
- Adult Family Homes
- Home Care Agencies
- Long-Term Care Settings
• Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred
• Previous caregiving experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check and medical clearance requirements
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
