Job Description
Olive Branch ABA is hiring a compassionate, reliable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities in Spring, Texas.

Location: Spring, TX
Pay: $20–$23/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-time or part-time
Language: Spanish-speaking/bilingual required
Certification: RBT certification is NOT required

RBT certification is welcomed and considered a plus.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families to implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities include:
Providing one-on-one ABA therapy
Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
Collecting and recording accurate behavioral data
Supporting skill development and positive behavior change
Following BCBA-directed treatment protocols
Communicating professionally with families and clinical team members
Maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients

Participating in ongoing training and clinical supervision
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent Spanish-speaking ability required
Reliable transportation
Valid Texas driver's license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Comfortable working with children
Previous experience working with children, autism, ABA, education, childcare, or behavioral health is a plus
RBT certification is preferred but NOT required
