The Learning Experience in Lake Mary is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants
• Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that support early development
• Follow individual feeding, diapering, and nap routines
• Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Communicate with families about their child’s day and milestones
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming
• Work as part of a supportive teaching team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous infant/childcare experience
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred
• A genuine love for working with infants
• Patient, reliable, and caring personality
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well with children, families, and coworkers
