Job Description

Job Description
Centralized Estimator – Restoration ServicesWhy We Exist

At our core, we believe in meeting people in their time of need so they can focus on what matters.

When disaster strikes—whether from water, fire, storm, or unexpected damage—our customers are often overwhelmed and uncertain about what comes next. Our job is to bring clarity, confidence, and craftsmanship into chaotic moments.

As a Centralized Estimator, you play a critical role in turning the information gathered in the field into a clear, accurate, and actionable plan for restoration. You help our teams move projects forward by making sure scopes are complete, estimates are accurate, and documentation supports the work being performed.

We don’t just estimate repairs—we help restore peace of mind. And that starts with the people on our team.

We live our values every day:

  • Always Growing — We pursue knowledge, sharpen our skills, and continuously improve.
  • Do the Right Thing — We act with integrity, even when no one is watching.
  • No Jerks — We treat teammates, customers, and partners with respect. Culture matters.
  • Pride in Everything — From communication to craftsmanship, we take ownership of our work.

If those values resonate with you, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

We are looking for a Centralized Estimator who can take information from our field teams and turn it into accurate, detailed, and well-supported restoration estimates.

Unlike a traditional field estimator, this position is primarily centralized and works closely with our Project Managers, field teams, adjusters, and internal leadership across multiple locations.

You will review photos, measurements, documentation, notes, and project information to develop detailed scopes of work and estimates. You will also communicate with Project Managers and adjusters to clarify scope, address questions, and make sure projects are properly documented and positioned for successful production and billing.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with estimating software, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.

  • Support negotiations and revisions when the approved scope differs from the documented needs
  • Provide clear documentation to support necessary repairs and changes in scope
  • Maintain a professional and solutions-focused approach when resolving disagreements
Project Manager & Field Team Support
  • Serve as a centralized estimating resource for Project Managers and field teams
