Bark & Mane Mobile Pet Grooming is looking for a motivated, outgoing Part-Time Business Growth & Outreach Specialist to help us grow our mobile pet grooming business in the New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kyle, and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, networking, and finding creative ways to bring new customers to a local business.

We are a growing mobile pet grooming company, and we’re looking for someone who can help us get our name in front of more pet owners and build relationships with businesses and organizations that can refer customers to us.

What You’ll Do

• Visit local businesses and organizations to introduce Bark & Mane and build referral relationships using a company vehicle
• Identify potential referral partners such as apartment communities, veterinary clinics, pet stores, dog trainers, boarding/daycare facilities, rescues, and other pet-related businesses
• Make phone calls and follow up with potential business partners
• Help develop partnerships, promotions, and referral opportunities
• Distribute marketing materials and represent Bark & Mane professionally in the community
• Identify local events and networking opportunities where Bark & Mane should have a presence
• Follow up with leads and track outreach activities
• Help generate new customer leads and contribute ideas for growing the business
• Work closely with the owner to test and develop new growth strategies

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers
• Naturally outgoing and personable
• Comfortable making phone calls and visiting businesses
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and good at following up
• Creative and willing to think outside the box
• Comfortable using social media and basic technology
• Passionate about pets and/or local businesses
• Experienced in sales, marketing, networking, business development, or customer service preferred, is required

You do not need to be a pet groomer. We’re looking for someone who is good at building relationships and creating opportunities.

Schedule

Part-time: approximately 16–24 hours per week

Flexible scheduling

This position is designed to start part-time, with the potential for increased hours and responsibility as the business grows.

Compensation

$15/hour base pay + performance-based bonuses/commissions
