Chesterfield Counseling Associates, a private mental health practice located in Chesterfield, Missouri, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. With over 30 therapists dedicated to providing personalized care through in-person and telehealth counseling, we’re looking for someone who can help visually communicate our mission and values.

What You’ll Do

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our practice connects with clients and the community. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients or art directors to understand project goals and requirements.
• Designing layouts, brand assets, and marketing materials that align with our mission and values.
• Selecting colors, typefaces, and other design elements to create visually compelling content.
• Revising and refining projects based on feedback to ensure exceptional results.

Your work will help us continue to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals, couples, children, teens, and families.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with all levels of experience, including those just starting their careers. If you’re ready to bring your creativity and skills to the table, here’s what we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
• A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
