Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Flexible Opportunities
Job Description
Blossom ABA Therapy is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities, offering flexibility to find a schedule that works for you.
What You'll DoDevelop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's needs.
Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being met.
Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.

Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
TN LBA.
Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
