Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses by providing trusted insurance guidance.
• Learn to identify clients' insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions, including auto, home, life, renters, and business insurance.
• Shadow experienced agency leaders and apply best practices in sales, client retention, and agency growth.
• Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Property Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with district support.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and grow a business.
• Comfortable networking, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
