About Us:
Pathway to Success LLC is a DBHDS-licensed residential group home for children and adolescents. We provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for youth with mental health challenges, helping them build life skills, independence, and community connections.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide 24/7 support for our residents. You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, and activities of daily living (ADLs), implement service plans, and help youth develop skills to thrive in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise youth and support daily routines, including ADLs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals)
- Implement individualized service plans and therapeutic goals
- Promote skill development and community integration
- Maintain a safe, structured environment
- Document progress, behaviors, and incidents per facility policy
- Collaborate with team members and participate in trainings
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children or teens (parenting alone does not qualify)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
