Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship, social support, and emotional encouragement to residents
Assist with medication management, including administration and documentation
Engage in activities that promote resident independence, such as ambulating, transferring, and toileting
Report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and participate in care plan development
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborate with other care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care
