Berkshire Country Store is a locally owned deli and convenience store serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and everyday essentials. Our stores are known for great food, friendly faces, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
Position Summary
The Culinary & Guest Service Team Member plays a key role in delivering excellent food and service to our customers. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork and interacting with people.
Strong performers may be considered for future lead opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to customers
- Maintain quality, freshness, and portion standards
- Keep workstations clean, sanitary, and organized
- Assist kitchen and store staff as needed
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Waitstaff or foodservice experience preferred, but not required
Schedule Requirements
