The Club Server is responsible for the “extraordinary” service to the membership in any outlet throughout the club. They would master the menus in the club and learn the appropriate beverages available in each outlet. They would anticipate the needs of the members and facilitate an extraordinary experience in each of the outlets throughout the club. Service staff bridge the gap between businesses and their clients, fulfilling crucial tasks like greeting customers, processing transactions, resolving complaints, and maintaining operational efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and striving for first-contact resolution.
• Order and Transaction Management: Processing orders, issuing receipts, handling returns, and balancing cash registers at the end of a shift.
• Complaint Resolution: Listening to client concerns and handling escalations calmly, professionally, and in line with company policies.
• Information Provision: Maintaining a deep, up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotions to assist clients effectively.
• Administrative Operations: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and preparing routine reports.

Qualifications:

• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to build rapport with patrons.
• Problem-Solving and Empathy: The ability to remain calm under pressure and defuse tense situations while showing patience.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and basic office applications.
• Must be minimum of 18 years of age with a valid “underage liquor license” to transport alcohol
• Must have valid Driver’s License to drive cart
• Must have valid Tulsa County Food Handler’s Permit
• Should be able to lift over 40 lbs and remain on their feet for extended periods of time
