Job Description
Own the final checkpoint before shipment

We move fast and ship right. As our Conveyor Line QA Inspector, you’ll be the quality gate at the back end of a powder coating line—keeping parts flowing and standards high in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Your impact
  • Inspect finished, powder-coated products and flag defects
  • Remove masking and protective plugs with speed and accuracy
  • Stage, package, and palletize parts for outbound shipment
  • Match your cadence to conveyor speed to sustain throughput

Scope note: No spray coating or surface prep is involved—this is final inspection, processing, and packaging.

You bring
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing, inspection, packaging, or warehousing
  • Proven multitasking in a time-sensitive production environment
  • Accuracy and focus under pressure
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
How you work
  • Fast yet meticulous, with strong visual attention to detail
  • Comfortable working alongside a moving conveyor
  • Calm, self-directed, and steady when priorities shift
  • Organized, physically coordinated, and proud to catch defects early
Great matches often come from
  • End-of-line manufacturing and quality inspection roles
  • Packaging lines and assembly line unload stations
  • Fast-paced picking/packing or fulfillment centers
  • Food production lines and machine off-bearer positions
  • CNC part unload/inspect and shipping prep in manufacturing
Resume signals we love
  • Conveyor line operations
  • Final inspection and quality control
  • Packaging, palletizing, and shipment prep
  • High-volume, time-critical output
  • Lean manufacturing, throughput, and cycle-time fluency
Success metrics
  • High inspection accuracy at line speed
  • Consistent flow with zero unnecessary stops
  • Defects intercepted before products ship
  • Low need for supervision while maintaining standards
Not a fit if you
  • Prefer slow, repetitive work
  • Rely on step-by-step oversight
  • Struggle with changing priorities or pace
  • Feel overwhelmed by throughput-driven environments
