Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analystwho will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and ourbusiness objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion ofanalytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’sfeatures. Extra Points for MARC 21 basedcataloging experience.

Requirements

•Previous 6+ years’ experience inBusiness / Systems Analysis

•A degree in IT / Computer Science /Engineering / Supply Chain or Operations

•Proven experience in elicitingrequirements and testing

•Ability to impact operations andeffect change without being confrontational

•Prior experience of working withAgile development process based projects

•Familiarity with requirementstechniques such as, user stories, use cases, and informal modeling

•Hands-on experience with DevOpspreferably Azure

•Basic knowledge in generatingprocess documentation

•Strong written and verbalcommunication skills including technical writing skills

•High attention to detail and provenability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

•Prior domain experience in librarydomain

•Experience with MARC (MachineReadable Cataloging) Records

•Experience as a Product Owner

•Ability to effectively conveycritical information to various levels within the organization and customer

•Ability to understand multiplepriorities and adjust plans/schedules in an effort to achieve businessobjectives

•Familiar with software design,systems architecture, change control, and support processes

•Detail oriented, analytical andinquisitive

•Big Picture Thinking
