Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: In-Person (Not Remote)
Compensation: $800 - $1,200 Weekly plus commission and bonuses

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers through in-person interactions.
• Learn and present our products and services with confidence.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work in person at our Center City Philadelphia office.
