*SALARY-$90K to $105K per year (Depends on Experience)*
Responsibilities of RN Unit Manager-Nursing Home:
Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications of RN Unit Manager-Nursing Home:
Must have current NY RN license
Must have prior experience as a Nurse Manager or Supervisor
Contain experience in Long Term Care
Possess managerial experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
