Cleveland Construction is hiring a Mobile Superintendent to lead high-profile commercial projects across the U.S. This hands-on role is ideal for a leader who is open to short-term and long-term travel, takes ownership of the job site, and delivers safe, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily on-site construction operations
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
Maintain project documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of commercial construction experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
OSHA 30 certified preferred + Travel required
5+ years’ experience with fuel and big box retail preferred
