This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who is ready to make an impact in a busy, upscale Irish restaurant and bar and grow into a General Manager role.We are looking for a polished, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands exceptional hospitality, and is passionate about developing teams and delivering an outstanding guest experience.The RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive service standards, develop the team, and ensure Queen Maeve consistently delivers a polished and memorable guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant and barTake ownership of service standards, guest satisfaction, and hospitalityRecruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team membersLead pre-shift meetings and ensure consistent communication across the teamManage staffing, scheduling, floor plans, and daily deploymentMaintain strong knowledge and execution of restaurant policies and SOPsMonitor labor, sales, guest feedback, and operational performanceAssist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and cost controlsHandle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and effectivelyWork closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless serviceMaintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance standardsSupport private events, corporate functions, and high-volume service periodsHelp drive sales, repeat business, and overall restaurant profitabilityLead by example and foster a positive, professional, accountable team cultureWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or strong FOH leaderExperience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality environmentStrong leadership and team-development skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesHigh standards for service, presentation, and professionalismStrong understanding of labor management, guest recovery, and restaurant operationsAbility to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressureA hands-on management style and willingness to lead from the floorPassion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiencesToast experience strongly preferredTripleSeat experience is a plusFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak service periodsA genuine desire to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibilityCompensation: $80,000 annual salary + bonus incentive Career Growth: Clear path toward General Manager Location: New York CityOPEN CALLThursday, August 20th | 12:00 PM–4:00 PMDress to impress and come meet us!We are looking for high-energy, driven hospitality professionals who are ready to lead, grow, and bring their best to work every day.
