Line Cook

• Applicants must complete the hiring screening questions to be considered.
• Maintain health and safety standards in food preparation.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and provide change.
• Keep areas clean and perform routine maintenance.
• Drive to events or locations as needed (company car)
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints when they may arise.
• Set up stations before shifts; stock supplies and prep items.
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and cook assigned items.
• Work with other cooks to ensure food is ready at the right time and temperature.
• Stock inventory.
• Prepare and serve food according to recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment (grills, fryers, cash registers).
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Handle delivery orders when drivers arrive at location.
