We are seeking a Die Maker Assistant to support the setup, operation, maintenance, fabrication, and assembly of dies and trimmers in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of die-making equipment.
- Locate dies for customer quotes.
- Maintain dies and trimmers to ensure they remain in proper working condition.
- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of dies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform additional duties and related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing and/or operations experience required.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with management and assist with presentations when required.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
