Responsibilities:
- Operate metal fabrication equipment, including punch presses, shears, rolls, power brakes, and saws.
- Cut, bend, straighten, and form sheet metal parts and materials.
- Create shop aids such as stops, guides, feeding aids, and blocks to support production processes.
- Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine production tasks and make basic decisions using standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn fabrication processes.
- Training provided.
