Landscaper

POSITION SUMMARY:Under the general direction of the Plant Operations Director, the Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality through various landscaping tasks. Mows lawns, weeding, trims around walkways, flowerbeds and walls. Plants, waters and prunes scrubs and trees as well as maintains all flowerbeds. Cleans trash from hospital grounds, parking lots, ditches and culverts. Paints and repairs fences and walkways. Operates machinery and company vehicle.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/DisabledHigh school graduate with some trade school or equivalent.Must be able to read and write English and follow oral and written instructions.Previous grounds keeping experience preferred.If driving a company vehicle, (No moving violations within the last three years and no previous DUI charges.)
