Shape the Backbone of Precast Concrete

Step onto our precast production floor and start your day reviewing shop drawings and production specs. You’ll layout measurements, select bar sizes, and plan bends before moving to the machinery. From there, you’ll cut, bend, and form rebar; assemble and tie cages; and verify that every dimension aligns to the print. As pours approach, you’ll stage reinforcing assemblies, check quality, and keep your station clean and safe.

What you’ll handle

• Translate shop drawings and specifications into precise reinforcing assemblies
• Measure, cut, bend, and fabricate rebar to exact project requirements
• Build, tie, and secure rebar cages and reinforcement for concrete products
• Operate cutting, bending, and fabrication equipment confidently and safely
• Inspect completed work to confirm accuracy and quality benchmarks
• Use hand and power tools correctly and maintain tool readiness
• Keep work areas organized and free of hazards
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and policies

What you bring

• Background as a Steel Fabricator, Ironworker, or Rebar Fabricator
• Hands-on experience bending, cutting, tying, and assembling rebar
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fabrication drawings accurately
• Capability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Comfort working in industrial and outdoor conditions
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable transportation and strong attendance record
