Cabinet Shop Worker

Metropolitan Cabinets & Countertops is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cabinet Shop Worker to join our manufacturing team. This position will work either on a production line or directly on cabinets, assisting with the construction and assembly of custom cabinetry.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and work on cabinets throughout the production process
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Follow production drawings, instructions, and quality standards
• Assemble, finish, and prepare cabinet components
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist team members with various shop and production tasks
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Previous cabinet, carpentry, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed
• Willingness to learn and take direction
