Job Summary
The Retail Associate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional customer experience. This role requires someone who is very responsible and reliable with attendance and punctuality, proactive, and passionate about fitness and the Youngla brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Provide product knowledge and assist customers with their needs
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Support store operations and team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred, or a strong interest in fitness apparel
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends morning and evening shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
