Location: Dallas Metro Area, TX
Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Incentives

Position Overview:
Join a startup franchise HVAC business in Dallas as our General Manager. This position combines technical trade mastery with operational business leadership. You will work directly with ownership to drive revenue growth, execute field service, and mentor incoming technicians.

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete residential service calls, diagnostics, and replacement quotes. (Only until enough revenue is generated to hire technicians and installers)
• Direct daily field operations and technician dispatching.
• Maintain exceptional customer relations and service quality.
• Coach and onboard field staff as operations expand.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in residential HVAC service and operations.
• Clean driving record, background check, and drug test clearance.
• Professional communication skills and sales ability.
